Inland Land Use & Development Code

Properties outside the Coastal Zone are regulated by the Inland Land Use and Development Code (ILUDC), also known as Fort Bragg Municipal Code (FBMC) Chapter 18.

Inland General Plan

The Fort Bragg City Council adopted the new Inland General Plan (IGP) in 2013. The General Plan regulates land use for inland properties that are in city limits, but are not in the Coastal Zone. For zoning information that applies to inland properties, please refer to the Inland Land Use and Development Code, also known as Title 18 of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code.
