- Strategic Planning 2025-2028: Develop a long-term strategic plan to guide the city’s growth and development over the next few years.

Economic Development: Initiatives to stimulate local economic growth, attract new businesses, and support existing ones.

Streamline Permitting Process: Implementation of new software to simplify and expedite the permitting and business license processes.

Streamline Budgeting Process - Online Portal: Creating an online portal to make the budget process more accessible and efficient for residents and city officials.

Master Tax Sharing Agreement with County: Establishing an agreement with the county to ensure fair and effective tax sharing.
