Scott Deitz was appointed to the Planning Commission by Mayor Bernie Norvell on July 25, 2022; his term will expire December 9, 2024. He previously served on the Planning Commission from 2009 to 2012 and the City Council from 2012 to 2016.   He has lived on the Mendocino Coast since 1975 and his careers include school business management and real estate sales.  Scott is married with five children and six grandchildren.
