The Noyo Center for Marine Science has applied for a Coastal Development Permit, Design Review Permit and Sign Permit to construct a 2,400 square foot La-bone-atory, and associated access road, sewer and water lines, and seven parking spaces.  Story poles have been erected on the Noyo Center’s 11-acre parcel to enable the City to analyze potential impacts of the project on views to and along the ocean as required by the Coastal Development Permit review process.   The Planning Commission will likely consider the permit at one of their July meetings.
